Chorleywood Public Access Defibrillator Scheme (CPADS) was started in January 2015 by Paul & Nicky Edwards who live in Chorleywood. CPADS is run from their clinic, Chiltern Physiotherapy on Lower Road. The organisation is evolving and the committee is being formed.

Chorleywood Public Access Defibrillator Scheme is a charity. It cannot be registered as such until it has annual revenue of £5000. It is being registered with HMRC as a charity for tax purposes.
